Auditions Deadline for 25-26 Season extended!

Do you know a talented young musician who would thrive in YPSO? Auditions are now open for the 2025-26 season, and we’re looking for passionate students to join our next class of musicians!

Next season, In addition to our 4 subscription concerts, YPSO musicians will have the opportunity to:

• Perform at Davies Symphony Hall as part of the Bay Area Youth Orchestra Festival (BAYOF)

• Go on an international tour to the Baltics in Summer 2026

🎼 Round 1 video prescreens are due April 30th.

YPSO Free Community Chamber Concert

Join us on Wednesday April 30th, 5:30pm for a free community concert featuring student musicians from YPSO — hosted at the Simons Laufer Mathematical Sciences Institute - SLMath.

This special event is part of our shared effort to foster connection between communities — by simply coming together in a shared space. Many YPSO student pursue interests in sciences, and this gathering celebrates that spirit of curiosity, collaboration, and community.
