YPSO Annual Online Fundraiser begins!

 
 

Time to embark on some fresh ideas for our upcoming Annual YPSO Online Auction, which goes live in Sat May 17th - May 31st, 2025 centered around our Spring concert.

The Annual YPSO Spring Auction is the second biggest full-orchestra fundraiser of the year. It is also super fun, and now, more accessible since we moved to an online platform!

Step 1 for embarking on this journey is for EVERY family to contribute an item or service for this FUN-raiser. :) If you have something cool in your closet - like an ice cream maker, or work somewhere cool, like a museum and can get tickets, do it! Or contact your local businesses who may want to participate and get their name recognition with our audiences. Start now, as businesses will need time to consider your request.

Step 2 If you want to take it to the next level, we are looking for 10 Awesome parents who can be part of the Auction Committee (helping the others with ideas, contacting businesses for item/services donations, and helping to sort a spreadsheet with the incoming items/services).

 

THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE FREE:

Hot ticket items are great, but so are experiences and services, so think wide! And don’t be stuck thinking that you have to buy something to donate it.

We want to see a mix of big & imaginative things, and small day-to-day things like a gift card to Trader Joe’s.

Check out the ideas and inspirations below! There are many businesses and organizations who are willing to donate on your behalf just because you asked! Hey, it helps them get there name out there too! So go for it! Ask away! You may be pleasantly surprised!
